Vigil has the capability of detecting all installed printers on the machine for every printer detected, you can easily select whether you want to monitor the printer or not hence you have the freedom to choose printers for monitoring. Performance and Usage Monitoring
Performance and usage monitoring is monitoring the state changes and throughput of each printer, and storing this information for analysis.
Print Monitoring
Print content indexing is storing the text content of each page printed so that it can be searched at a later date, and storing the document itself in such a way as it can be reprinted at a later date.
Document History Enquiry
Document history enquiry is monitoring the date and time of each printout and storing this information for later recall.
Internet Café Management and Billing (Café Assistant)
This is a billing and management tool for internet cafes. Our solution is best defined as a total solution for internet cafes and it is capable of managing the session monitoring, billing and accounting functions for internet cafes. A new version of this software, which has been recently released, allows internet cafés to monitor usage of their Printers to help ensure that no activity goes unchecked. Members of our team have many years experience dealing with large internet cafes and are expert consultants for those wanting to set up their own cafés. A number of internet cafes are using the software. This project is a joint venture with Fine Content Applications, who handle the sales and marketing.
